The Grip EcoPencils have a symmetrical shape, which is useful for right and left handed children. The triangular shape supports the three-finger grip while the "Grip dots" allow for non-slip and relaxed handling of the pencil.
Grip Graphite and Jumbo Grip EcoPencil
The triangular pencil is available in both jumbo 12mm and starndard 8mm sizes. The ergonomic shape provides comfort and will not roll off desks. The unique "Soft-Grip-Zone" provides for a secure hold. The pencils are SV-bonded, meaning the pencils are glued the entire length of the barrel resulting in easy sharpening and break-resistant leads that will not fall out.
The extra-thick 12mm Jumbo Grip EcoPencils are perfect for a child's first writing pencil. The lead hardness is degree B. The size and shape helps children hold the pencil correctly. The pencils are preferred by Occupational Therapists. The pencils come individually or in a 2 pack. The 8mm Grip Graphite EcoPencils are available individually with an eraser in lead hardness HB.
Grip Colored and Watercolor EcoPencil
The triangular pencil is 3.3mm. The EcoPencils are made from reforested wood grown in our Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified forest. They are highly pigmented for smooth color lay-down. A special formula is used which allows for easy blending and the lead will not flake. The pencils are of course SV-bonded, meaning the pencils are glued the entire length of the barrel resulting in easy sharpening and break-resistant leads that will not fall out. They are non-toxic, Acid-free and conform to ASTM D-4236.
Metallic Colored EcoPencil
Add a touch of shine and sparkle to your art with Metallic Colored EcoPencils! 12 smooth, shimmery colors work well on dark colored paper. The 3.3 mm pencils are highly pigmented and are hexagonal in shape. The leads are buttery smooth and soft. The "crumbly" aspect when you begin working with the pencils, is related to the pigments, which is normal.
